What is the return policy?
At bébémarc, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied on a product bought at www.bebemarc.com, please contact us at cs@bebemarc.com include your order number for return within 7 days of receiving the products.
We do not cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your refund will take place within 14 days after we receive your returned products. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If you wish to exchange an item that you bought at www.marcusnmarcus.com, please contact us at cs@bebemarc.com
How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping worldwide for orders over USD 49. Or a flat rate of USD 6 for shipping fee worldwide.
When will I get my order?
We have the order pack and ready to ship worldwide within 1-2 business days from our China warehouse.
With our efficient logistic partner, below is the estimated time you will be able to receive the order after ship out:
Asia / Australia / Middel East - 4 - 6 business days
Europe - 7 - 9 business days
North America - 8 - 10 business days
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an item due to incorrect address information.
Can I amend my order before despatch?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the item or edit your shipping details.
Once goods have been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to process an exchange or refund. Please email us at cs@bebemarc.com if you need to make any amendments. Please note however that requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned immediately which may result in the order being dispatched.
